DESIGN PRINCIPLES

The fundamental guidelines that inform the creation and organization of visual, functional, and conceptual elements to achieve effective and cohesive design solutions.

Minimalistic Elegance

We strive to capture the essence of simplicity and sophistication in every shot. Our photographs feature clean compositions, uncluttered backgrounds, and a focus on the essential elements.

Embracing Real People

We believe in inclusivity and celebrating the diversity of individuals in our photography. Our images feature a range of models of different ages, ethnicities, body types, and styles, reflecting the authenticity and diversity of our customer base.

Authentic Storytelling

Our photographs should go beyond mere visual appeal and convey a genuine narrative. Our images capture real moments, whether it's the joy on a model's face, the movement of a garment, or the interaction with the environment.

Logo Variants

Our logo should almost always appear in one of these variations. Color pairings need to be regulated to maintain a consistent brand impression. Our logo will most often appear in our solid orange on light or photographic backgrounds. Followed by the solid white variation.

Do's and Don'ts

Our Logo is our most functional mark. It should appear in most applications. But when our product does the heavy lifting, there's no need to double up on marks. Brand recognition will come through on our label and pack artwork.

THE SIZE AND PROPORTIONS OF A BOOK depend on the size of the original sheet of paper used to produce the book. For example, if a sheet measuring 480 × 640 mm (19 × 25 in) is used to print a quarto, the resulting book will be approximately 320 (h) × 240 (w) mm (12 ½ × 9 ½ in) before trimming. The exact size of paper used has differed over the years and localities, meaning sizes of books produced in the same format can differ.
